Apollo is the eBrands operating system for global commerce. This connector authorizes Apollo to read your Amazon Seller Central data via the SP-API so we can aggregate brand performance across marketplaces and channels — orders, inventory, settlements, and catalog — into a single dashboard for your team.
⚡ ⚡ ⚡ ⚡ Extra power for your brand's growth
Once you authorize the connector, Apollo continuously syncs Seller Central data into tools your operations and brand teams use every day.
Real-time visibility into orders, fulfillment status, returns, and settlements across every Amazon marketplace you sell on — North America, Europe, and Australia.
Forecast pending payouts using Amazon settlement data, FBA fees, and reserves so finance teams can plan cashflow without waiting for the next disbursement.
Combine SP-API stock levels, sales velocity, and inbound shipments to flag stockout risk and recommend replenishment quantities per FBA warehouse.
The Apollo Amazon connector is provided free of charge to eBrands partners. There are no per-marketplace fees, no per-call charges, and no usage tiers. You only need an active Seller Central account and an eBrands partnership.

eBrands is the operating system and infrastructure for global commerce. We act as your Merchant of Record and Importer of Record — handling payments, taxes, compliance, logistics, and marketplace access — so you can focus entirely on your brand. The Apollo Amazon connector is the way our partners feed their Seller Central data into that platform.
Apollo uses Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) under your authorization to read order, inventory, settlement, financial, listing, and catalog data for the brand you connect. We use this data solely to provide the operations, finance, and inventory features described above. We do not use Amazon data to target Amazon customers, manipulate reviews, or generate competitive insights about other sellers.
Apollo does not resell, share, or aggregate your Amazon data with other merchants. Access is limited to your brand team and authorized eBrands operators supporting your account, under a least-privilege model. You can revoke Apollo's authorization at any time from Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps, or by emailing apollo@ebrands.com.
All Amazon data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher. Personally identifiable information (PII) is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
PII is retained for no more than 30 days after order delivery. Non-PII order, inventory, and settlement records are retained for up to 18 months unless a longer period is required by law.
Unique user IDs, mandatory multi-factor authentication, least-privilege role-based access, and quarterly access reviews. Off-boarded staff lose access within 24 hours.
On revocation or written request, Amazon data tied to your brand is permanently and securely deleted within 30 days, following NIST media-sanitization guidance.
Apollo runs on AWS infrastructure inside the EU. Any sub-processor handling Amazon data is reviewed at least annually and contractually bound to equivalent protections.
Access to systems handling Amazon data is logged, monitored, and retained for security review. We run vulnerability scanning and incident response procedures continuously.
In the event of a data incident affecting Amazon data, eBrands will notify Amazon within 24 hours of confirmation, in line with the SP-API Data Protection Policy.
Apollo never sees or stores your Amazon password. Authorization happens through Amazon's OAuth flow, which returns a short-lived code we exchange for a refresh token you control.
Apollo's collection, processing, storage, and deletion of Amazon data is designed to comply with the Amazon Services API Acceptable Use Policy, the Data Protection Policy, and the Selling Partner API terms. Full details are in our Privacy Policy. For data-protection inquiries, contact apollo@ebrands.com.
